Rehome a 5 month old tuxedo cat

My sweet 5-month-old tuxedo cat needs a new home. Unfortunately, he hasn't gotten along with my older cat after several months of fostering. He is a playful and friendly cat that likes to cuddle but mostly play. He is up-to-date on all of his shots, but still needs to be neutered. I have an appointment scheduled for next month, you could likely take over. He is litter box trained. He would do well in a family or single-person household with lots of space to play. He probably wouldn't do great with another cat in the house, but has lived well with dogs in the past. I started taking him outside on a leash, and would recommend getting him some kind of outdoor time, but it isn't a requirement. He's a really sweet boy, and I'm sad to let him go, but I know he will find his forever home! Looking for a rehoming fee of $100.
