Our beliefs: · Pursue excellence in all activities · Create products characterized by the highest quality · Provide the best customer service possible · Always treat every individual with respect Job Description: We are seeking a new teammate who is focused on being a part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products for our customers. This key opportunity is an inside position that requires manual labor to move concrete products to and from the production line as the equipment operates, producing concrete tiles. This includes setting product on drying racks and removing product for shipping to our customers. Our manufacturing plant opens at 6:00 and closes at 2:30 with no weekend work. Opportunity and skill requirements: Ability to repetitively lift 10-20 pounds during the 8 hour shift. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions to successfully complete procedures and assigned tasks from operations and production team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-orientation required for ensuring product is not damaged and meets specification. Perform daily cleanup activities to ensure a safe and clean environment. Other activities as needed. Two forms of ID and reliable transportation The pay starts at $15.00 per hour. We offer insurance, dental, vision, uniforms, vacation accrual and holiday pay after 90 days. Job Type: Full-time
