Mortgage Occupancy Inspector compensation: ranging from $20-$40 an hour employment type: contract With the mortgage foreclosure forbearance getting ready to be lifted, we are expecting a very large work flow. We conduct various inspections for lenders ranging from drive-by inspections, to letter deliveries, to interior inspections. There is no license or prior training needed. What is needed is a car, computer, smart phone and a strong self management system to get the work done. You set your own schedule with only two conditions; 1. The inspections have to be done during day light hours and 2. Have to be done by the inspection due date. This is an independent contractor position. The best way to do these inspections is to have set aside blocks of time to complete as many as possible. This is not a job you can do one here and there. The more you do the more you make. You can take one town or several towns depending on your schedule. If Interested please respond with your daytime availability to complete the inspections and what towns you can cover.
