14 month old mini Gloldendoodle to a good home

I have a 14 month old mini goldendoodle that I can no longer take care for due to a sudden family emergency. He is up to date on all vaccinations and he is neutered. He knows basic commend (sit, stay, down) and is house trained and will not pee or poo inside the house. I took him out three times a day to do his business ( morning, afternoon, and evening at 11:00pm). He is a mini size so he does not require heavy exercise (a quick run in the yard will suffice). He waits your commend to eat his food. He is crate trained and will stay in there until you let him out. He does not pull on leash and we still working on heel at the moment. He is a bit shy towards strangers but does not bite or lunge at people. He is excellent with kids but a bit scared and nervous towards some large size dogs. I brought him for $3500 and is asking rehoming fees of $500, just to make sure he goes to a good home. I prefer someone who can spend time with him and has a fenced yard so he can run and play.
