This is Richard, our 3-5 year old Moluccan (Salmon-crested) cockatoo. They are much more rare than their smaller cousins - the white Umbrella Cockatoo. After years of looking for the elusive pink cockatoo, we found him from Forever Pets, in 2019. At the time. they said he was a girl - Charlotte. We took him to the vet and confirmed he was a very young and vigorous bird. However based on his eyes - male. Due to unforeseen family circumstances, we now have to rehome him. We are asking a bit less than what we paid for him $4500. We need him to go to a good home. Richard seems to prefer the ladies, loves being petted and attention.
