Window Repair Specialist Needed

I have a house (built 1999) with about 15 windows which need repair/maintenance (they are hard to open). They have a greasy residue on their balances, but even after the balances have been cleaned and siliconed, they are still hard to open. Maybe the balances need to be replaced? You are a candidate for this job only if you have the tools needed to spread window tracks if needed, and then remove/replace balances as needed. I have replacement balances and shoes for three of the windows. After you've successfully fixed them (in other words, made them easy for me to open and close), I'll pay you for those three windows, then order all the parts needed for the other perhaps 12 windows and have you return to fix those windows. ONLY if you're qualified, please reply with: 1) your name, 2) where you live/work (somewhere near Apex), and 3) when you can come by (date & time) for the 1st (perhaps a weekday evening?) & 2nd (perhaps all day Saturday?) visits.
