What Next? We are currently accepting resumes for a Warehouse worker. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper areas for shipping. Operates the stretch wrap banders. Oversee and prepare USPS, UPS, and all other third-party shipments. Provides shipping quotes to sales personnel as requested. Responsible for picking order tickets from accounting software (MAS) and pulling both system and component orders; scanning all orders and preparing for delivery. Unpacks examines and routes incoming shipments, flags damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with responsible individuals to rectify damages and shortages. Assists with receiving and processing out RMA’s as needed. Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Supports customer service with invoicing. Acts as a back-up to the regular delivery driver, making pick-ups (concierge service) and deliveries as needed, using a company van. Other shipping and customer service support tasks as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: Prior shipping experience required. Must have experience working in multiple shipping platforms, including Shipworks. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to use pallet jacks and hand trucks. Strong attention to detail. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform this job's essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
