November 1-5 “Physical labor & cleaners” are needed. However, if able to work SOONER- we can work out a few days/hours as well before then for the right person. We have a property that we are trying to finish up before winter. Here is the scope of the work: *CLEANERS: Haul out/away trash, scrap, boxes, container, etc. Organize containers, label items & boxes. Determine with your own judgement what can be salvaged or what can be thrown away. Clean walls, floors, doorways, etc. *PHYSICAL LABOR: Haul away pieces/chunks of concrete, haul away furniture. Painting. Installing sheet metal (its not hard, we can teach you) using power tools. (We have all of the equipment) If you know plumbing or electrical, we will be completing some of those projects too. Pay is negotiable. Some people who have helped with this project have wanted to be paid by the project. Some, wanted to be paid by the hour. Additionally, some wanted to be paid same day, or at the end of the week. Its entirely up to you. We work from sunup to sundown. Rain or shine. We lost some people, due to some of them moving, or getting called back to their old jobs, or they just wanted something temporary for a couple days and had no plans on sticking around, haha. We don’t care. Male, female, smart, dumb, funny, serious – none of that matters. Willing to work? Make some cash? Not really tied to a “schedule” in a sense – then email if you are interested.
