Maintenance Technician for Manufactured Home Community

Looking for someone who has experience in maintenance for a Mobile Home Community. Should have some experience in basic repair, plumbing, and light electrical. Must have a clean criminal background and pass a drug test. Duties: • Fulfilling property work orders • Connection of plumbing/electrical lines on incoming mobile homes • Preparing pad sites for incoming/outgoing homes • Maintaining property grounds • Assist in coverage of the after-hours maintenance emergency line • Maintain and keep working areas clean and organized. Experience: • Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical. 6+ months experience in any trade preferred • Ability to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians on all tasks • To be a good steward of the company’s equipment, tools, supplies, etc. • Demonstrate to our residents that we care deeply about presenting the best community possible. • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving record check License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • Bobcat/Tractor Certification (Preferred) Benefits: • Employer paid Company health plan • Vacation/Sick leave/Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
