WHAT WE OFFER? • Competitive pay and bonus structure • Incredible team culture and events • Full time or Part time hours with job security • Extended health and dental benefits package • Paid training and career planning • TONS of growth opportunities DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: • Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of high end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology • Install and take-down of custom commercial grade Christmas lights during our busy fall season • Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome new Mercedes Sprinter • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service • Representing Shack Shine in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise • Working throughout the Johnson County Area Useful Skills, not all are required we will train you: • 2+ years of labor or customer service experience • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service (we will train sales and Customer skills) • A strong work ethic and highly dependable (This is a job requirement) • Being comfortable with heights is a must (This is a job requirement) • Must be capable of physical labor work including bending, lifting up to 40lbs, and handling tools (This is a job requirement) • Driver's license considered an asset Maintenance Technician, General Maintenance Technician, General Laborer, Technician, Power Washer, Pressure Washer, Window Cleaner, Window Washer, Painter, Landscaper, Roofer  Responsibilities • Completing jobs for customers using all of our equipment • Organizing and managing equipment  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van  • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service • Invoicing and payment completion for every job  • Selling further services to customers  • Owning marketing around each job site  • Driving the van to and from each job • Planning and managing the job site • Navigating our CRM platform to determine job details and communicate with customers  Compensation Hourly: $12 - $19 /hour Depending on experience and skills.
