Have you seen me? My name is Appa. I am 13 y.o. neutered male with a heart condition. Last seen Thursday October 12 at breakfast. Likely to be skittish towards strangers. I live on the 200 block or South Madison Ave. Upper Darby. (Between the Highland park Fire House and the State Rd. Wawa.) I may have slipped out the side door while my human was putting up Halloween decor. I may be sleeping in the basement and sneaking up for food when the humans are asleep. I've done that before.
