We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our clients HVAC systems. Candidates should have extensive experience handling, installing, and repairing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision. HVAC Installer/Technician Duties and Responsibilities • Maintain a daily schedule • Maintain paperwork including invoicing for customer billing • Perform consultations with customers • Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods • Install new systems • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity • Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues • Repair damaged HVAC systems • Sell ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers • Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications • 3-5 years’ experience or Certification or degree from an HVAC accredited program • EPA refrigerant certification • Ability to pass drug test and background check • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to discuss HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand • Critical-thinker, problem-solver • Must hold state driver’s license with good record • Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different location • Self-motivated and able to manage independently throughout the day Benefits • Top Competitive Pay based on experience & performance • 401 K retirement plan with employer match • Health Insurance • Vision Insurance • Dental Insurance • Disability Insurance • Vacation & Holiday Pay • Uniforms • Personal tool account Inexperienced applicants If you are interested in a professional career with an opportunity to earn well above the median average wage as well the security of a job that is always in demand than please consider the HVAC industry.
