We are an established flooring company looking for experienced hardwood floor installers/sanding, and tile subcontractors. Tasks include Installation, Sanding/Refinishing Hardwood floors. Installer - Need to know how to install laminate, engineered and solid flooring. (sanding optional) Sander - Need to know how to install solid hardwood and sand, stain and finish different types of hardwood. Tile - Need to know how to install ceramic/porcelain tile on floor, showers, backsplashes and all phases of tile You will need to provide all gear and equipment related to installing and refinishing floors and for tile installations, be able to move and replace furniture You will need to have a reliable vehicle, drivers license and general liability insurance.
