Hey, cut the old man some slack. It's obvious even to democrats that he has no idea what he says or does. He just reads the teleprompter and repeats what soros tells him to say. And, he can't even get that right. My question is this. Can he be accused of lying when he is mentally incompetent? Is it lying when you just repeat the lies that voice in your ear tells you to say or what lie comes up on the teleprompter and he repeats it, or tries to. If biden didn't have secret service to lead him and keep him from wandering off, doc. jill would tape a note on his forehead each morning telling whoever found him to return him to the white house or a nursing home. Or, more likely would have the message tattooed to make sure he didn't lose the note.
