Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Type: Part-Time Job Status: Non-Exempt Benefits: N/A Immediate opening! We are small family-owned e-commerce retailer located in Lake Elsinore. We are looking for a responsible, dependable individual to pick, label, and pack items for outbound shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Every product in our shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses require an Amazon barcode label, therefore the primary duty of this position consists of high volumes of labeling, bagging, and packaging. Job Overview Receiving, sorting, and processing incoming inventory and materials. Includes verifying quantities. Sort, count, label, bag, pick and pack inventory for outgoing shipments. Cleaning and organizing the warehouse and on-site inventory Open, inspect and log all inventory returns Photograph and list customer returns for sale on E-bay Other duties as assigned Qualifications A valid work permit if under the age of 18 Must be able to read, speak, and write English Must have excellent attention to detail and be capable of distinguishing minor differences between similar products Basic math (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) Basic computer literacy Be able to stand for long periods of time Be able to lift up to 50lbs from the floor Team player Willingness to learn Working Days and Hours 3 to 5 days a week, 24 hours total, no overtime 16 hours on the weekends, every Sat and Sun 6:30 am to 3pm 8 hours total during the week, we can be flexible and will try to work around your school, family or sports commitments Additional hours may be available in the coming months as we continue to grow! Compensation: From $13 - $15/hr. Work Environment: Warehouse environment. Warehouse temperature will vary from hot to cold with the change in outside weather and seasons, but we make it as comfortable as possible with swamp cooler and frequent breaks during the hot months.
