Resort Vacations Inc. is now hiring for a Full-Time event setup coordinator to setup and break down at sporting events, concerts, fairs, festivals, and more. The scenery will always change, and you will get to work at some exciting venues! All work drive time is taken care of by the company. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DRIVING BOX TRUCKS WITH TRAILERS, SETTING UP LARGE 10x10 or 10x20 TENTS AND NEED TO HAVE MINOR EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRICAL. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL MOVER OR HAVE DONE MAJOR EVENT SET UP THIS IS THE POSITION FOR YOU! The position is 40 hours per week. Benefits will be made available after 90 days of employment. The best part you are paid weekly! Job Description: · Set up & break down event space for marketing presentations. (May require long drives in our company truck/vehicle). · Maintain and organize storage, materials and supplies in our warehouse located in orange county. · Maintain regional vehicles’ scheduled maintenance. · Coordinate with management for operational needs. · Track and submit weekly calendar & hours worked to field manager. · Attend team meetings, keep the workplace in safe condition, and work in a safe manner. · Adhere to attendance policy and report to workstation at scheduled start time. Must have a flexible availability. · Propose ideas or find ways to improve services, systems, and/or procedures. · All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicles. Ability to pass a drug screening. Ability to physically lift, push, pull materials up to 50lbs, set-up and breakdown booths.
