Compensation: $10-$15 per Hr. Depending on skills & experience Employment type: part-time -Full Time Home Repair & Maintenance person needed to do repairs & general maintenance on homes & apartments primarily located on Far East-side of Indianapolis. Must have own phone, tools, work vehicle, and experience in home repairs and maintenance. General skills: Efficient painting, Basic electrical, Basic plumbing & Drywall repair. Must be willing to do yard work, construction site clean up, property clean outs, & general house cleaning of properties. Work is optional part-time or full time, as well as possible occasional on-call work for emergencies.. Must be dependable, able to work independently, and willing to work weekends and/or evenings as necessary.
