Minimum wages - $13/hr-$18/hr Below are the gigs we are hiring for, and there is a high chance of long-term job placement for those who are interested. Director's Assistant: this position is held as a management level position, assisting with project accounts, hiring and training, as well as assisting the Director with necessary day to day operations. Pay: up to $18/hr Team Leaders- this position is held for those with experience cleaning for a company, and shows great workmanship and leadership skills that cleaners/new hires can look to as example and ask any needed questions. They are responsible for scheduling cleaners and confirming their prompt arrival to location(s). Pay: up to $15/hr Cleaners- this position is held in trust, they will be trained how to operate quickly and effectively so that a job is not time consuming or strenuous; normally, our projects are scheduled in teams to further accelerate the work.
