Short-term job opportunity- This is a six-week position, from Monday, November 1 - Wednesday, December 15. We’re looking for someone 16 years or older, who is physically fit and RELIABLE. Job hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Applicant must have reliable transportation and arrive on campus a few minutes before 9am each day. Job will take place on Pepperdine University campus, up in Malibu. Job consists of working with my partner Rafael, doing General Maintenance duties on the campus, such as emptying trash cans, sweeping, light cleaning, etc. Pay is $18/hr., and pay day is every Friday, via Zelle, PayPal or check (ideally, Zelle). There is a 30-minute “unpaid” lunch break every day, so applicant will need to pack and bring their own lunch, water and snacks, since there isn’t enough time to drive off-campus to buy food. Applicant would need to schedule an interview with us, and bring Driver’s License, Social Security card, resume, and the names & numbers of two references. Applicant will need to fill out a W-9. This is a six-week position. We do not want someone who quits after one day of work. We need someone who can commit to the ENTIRE six weeks.
