SEASONAL / HOLIDAY Warehouse Support – Shipping & Receiving An experienced warehouse worker needed for a commercial printing company in the San Fernando Valley, during the holiday season. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Preparing and completing orders for shipping, such as boxing, labeling, documenting / logging and creating delivery documents • Receiving and processing incoming deliveries • Pick and pull order processing – pulling items from inventory storage and boxing for shipment • Kit Making – assembly of specialized kits or boxes based on configuration of various individual items • Performing inventory counts • Maintaining a clean and organized environment • Performing tasks according to schedule and priority • Performing quality control • Handling of materials and products safely and carefully Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry boxes / heavy objects • Ability to follow directions and work under tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills and desire to work closely with others as a team • Must be fluent in English • Must take good care of work environment and all equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety • Proficient in basic software and computer skills (Office, etc.) • Excellent time management skills Preferred but not Required: • Experience with inventory or database software a plus • Experience with commercial printing a plus • Experience operating collating equipment a plus • Experience operating cutting equipment a plus • Ability to operate forklift (license preferred) Benefits: • Part-Time work to start, with room to grow into Full-Time • Competitive pay • Positive work environment If you feel you meet the requirements above, please email your resume along with a Cover Letter describing why you would be a good fit for this position.
