Employment type: Full-time Days: Monday – Friday Times: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Compensation: $25 an hour Before replying to this posting, please make sure you fit these criteria: *Have worked as a personal assistant for the same individual or family for at least two years, ideally someone in the entertainment industry. *Have a strong sense of responsibility. If you are forgetful or careless, this isn’t the job for you. *Have good people skills *Have make-the-impossible happen skills *Be ready to start immediately *Respond quickly to emails and texts (during work hours) *Be self-sufficient, and able to independently research and learn new tasks that may be unfamiliar. You will be working for a figure in the entertainment industry, and your job is basically to take care of everything practical so they can stay in a creative space and complete the projects they have due. This ranges from making healthy meals to running errands to helping to create a beautiful work/home space. And, most difficult of all, keeping someone with their head in the clouds on schedule. So, in short, you’re basically the parent to an adult. Duties include: *General errands: such as grocery shopping, mail pickup, Apple Store runs etc. * Home management: Scheduling and working with vendors, stocking, organizing, tidying up. We do have a house cleaner for weekly deep cleans. *Driving principle to meetings and appointments. *School drop-offs and pickups *Babysitting and organizing activities such as playdates and afterschool classes. *Prepping breakfast, dinner, coffee (simple healthy & organic) It’s our hope you’ll grow with the job, and eventually take on more creative and business tasks as well.
