Ø Job requirements: - The ability to work in a fast paced environment - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience - Be a productive team player - Knowledge of how to sanitize and clean apartment units commercially - Must be reliable with great attention to detail. Ø Responsibilities - Daily repair and upkeep of the properties. -Preparation of vacant units for occupancy. - Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment. - Cleaning work area, tools and equipment. -Courteous, efficient response to management at all times. - Timely response to service requests, make-readies, etc. - Performs all types of interior and exterior apartment painting work. -Assists in a variety of maintenance and repair work related to the preparation of various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary. - Additional duties may include graffiti removal, stucco repairs and painting the common areas of apartment buildings. -Mixes, matches, and blends various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties. - Caulks, putties, cements or plasters holes and cracks. - Paints buildings, structures, equipment, and furniture using brush, spray gun or other applicator. -Prepares wall and hangs paper or other wall covering material. - Cleans and stores tools and equipment and cleans work sites. -Works in inclement weather and emergency situations. - Maintains and completes time sheets with detailed notations of work completed. - Other duties may be assigned. MUST have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to use for work! MUST have own tools! Final Touch Cleaning is based in Los Angeles, California.
