Full-time maintenance worker who is knowledgeable of trades related to building maintenance needed. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds maintenance. Common tasks include but are not limited to: painting, cleaning/custodial responsibilities, apartment clean-outs and renovations, snow removal, lawn maintenance.
Must be able to maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Must be able to use hand tools safely and efficiently. Good time management and communication skills needed.
