The window and tracks need to be replaced. The screen on the bedroom window will need to be replaced as well. The frame and bedroom window is in poor condition and should be replaced as the window will not stay open. The window is close to falling out which is why the tenant is worried about this window. The window looks as if it was installed poorly and over time has caused damage to the window. There is another window which has a screen that has been knocked out and should be replaced. The windows will need to be sealed inside/outside. Herons Path Place, Riverview FL: $150 The irrigation controller needs to be replaced and programmed correctly. Walker Vista Drive: $275 There is a section above the garage that needs to be lifted and replaced. There are sections of plywood that have nails protruding through that should be replaced. There needs to be 6LF of flashing installed and sealed by the garage roof. There is drywall that will need to be repaired and painted to match. Lake Vista Drive, Gibsonton FL: $225 The window n kitchen will need the window pane replaced. The window will need to be sealed after repairs. Hartford Lane Drive: $275 The roof has sections which has missing shingles throughout and also has a leak above the master bedroom. We need to lift and replace 1sq of sq of shingles total throughout. The caps and vents will need to be sealed. There is drywall that will need to be repaired and painted to match.
