Need a nanny

Hi we are looking for a nanny for our 8month old. This can be live in or out. We need a nanny who can also do cleaning and keeping the place tidy. We live in a 3 bedroom home, so it’s not a huge house. I would like someone energetic and very communicative with my baby. Working days are Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday & Monday off. I need someone from 8am to 6:30/7pm. Pay is $200 per week with federal and paid vacation days off after a conditional time period. Preference given to those who speak a 2nd language and (hopefully Russian) can drive (will pay for gas when only taking my baby somewhere). Status is not important, thank you.
