Maintenance Man for Small Hotel

We are hiring $20/hr for a part-time maintenance position 19 hours a week. Time frame needed 9am-1/2pm depending on what is needed that day. We mainly need minor repairs/general labor to help us out with upkeep of the property. General knowledge of plumbing/handy-man skills needed. We have most supplies needed for jobs but occasionally will need maintenance to go shop for parts - therefore reliable transportation is a must. Reliability in general a must! We are a small business and having a great staff that is motivated to get the job done efficiently is a priority.
