I am Troy Denson, owner of Mount This Fish Company in Rockledge, FL. Mount This Fish Company produces fiberglass fish replicas. Our team assembles these fiberglass fish replicas and for the past 15 years I have been doing the majority of finish work on the replicas we produce. Over the years I have had many employees learn the process and skill set of painting these fish to look realistic however for all these employees "fish painting" was not their dream and so now in our 21st year of business I am still doing the finish work on all the fish mounts we produce. I am looking for someone who is willing to spend time learning what I know. I'm looking for someone who is extremely passionate about finding a career that allows them to be creative and produce items that customers will have for their lifetime reliving a special day on the water catching fish or a center piece in their beautiful home that will be looked at for years and years to come. I am willing to spend my valuable time teaching the right person everything I know so that said person will eventually be able to make a very decent wage painting fish each and every day. No smokers, no drug addictions, no "I'm the greatest" ego, and you must have your own reliable vehicle. You must have the ability to listen and comprehend. You also must have good hand eye coordination. If you are the "Chatty Cathy" of your circle of friends please do not reply. I'm looking for someone that is eager and ready to absorb everything I know without telling me about their date last night. Seriously :-) I am not looking for someone who already knows how to paint. I've been through too many and I am not looking to re-train anyone. Again, I am looking for someone who is completely ready to absorb everything I know. Compensation you are probably wondering? Once you are able to start accomplishing the basic steps of using the paint gun to prime the fish and put on base colors by yourself then your pay will start at $15/hr but until that time you will be learning a trait/skill without having to pay for it. In other words you will be learning with no compensation but the moment I feel you can start being productive without me in the booth with you then we will assign you these tasks and you will be put on payroll. How long will that take you are thinking? Anywhere from 2-4 weeks I would think with 20 hours or so each week. I hope you are out there. Looking forward to meeting you. Troy
