Starting pay is $14/hour. It is the goal of the E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to make certain the accurate and timely shipping of all E-Commerce and Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) orders. This position requires a productive individual who demonstrates skill in the product fulfillment process of wine and merchandise. Join our E-Commerce team to ensure outstanding fulfillment service to our E-Commerce and Vanderbilt Wine Club guests. Schedule can vary, but is generally 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Essential Job Duties: 1. Work with our order entry team to prepare, pick and ship orders. 2. Perform various roles related to wine and merchandise handling, packing items for shipment,, loading and unloading delivery trucks and more. Quality assurance, orderliness, and productivity will be expected. 3. Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure accurate and timely package delivery to our guests. 4. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and speed in handling guest orders. 5. Maintain wine and merchandise inventory in a neat, orderly and safe manner. 6. Assist with special projects such as preparing freight shipments and other large orders. 7. Receive, unload and stock deliveries from Distribution Center and Wine Production. 8. Assist with accurate on-hand inventory counts for our products. 9. Communicate with appropriate teams regarding shipment delays and errors. 10.
