Job description The Porter will maintain buildings and perform tasks including grounds maintenance, cleaning, caulking, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Pick up grounds daily Pool Maintenance Assist Property Manager with move-out inspections. Participate in the preventative maintenance program as directed by Lead Maintenance. Maintain the shop and storage area in a clean and organized manner. Work to maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. Remove bulk trash items from property when observed. Travel to suppliers and pick up supplies upon request. Participate fully in staff meetings and designated company training programs and assist Property Manager with resident events. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED required.
