Who doesn't love coffee and getting an early workout in?
Partner/group WOD. 3 Rounds for time.
Partner A tosses a sandbag to the water (@ least 25 yards away) and runs back with sandbag. While partner/s B performs squats, flutter kicks, and then KB swings.
They workout until partner A returns.
After the WOD, we will hold one of our famous tug-of-war contests!
