Cabanas are just $350 for the afternoon and include tasty bites, beverages, and swag for six attendees. Serve-up looks from your cabana's corresponding store, and immerse yourselves (literally) in the après scene. *Only eight cabanas with a maximum seating capacity of 6 are available to book each scheduled Sunday of the Après Beach series. Reservations close at Noon the Thursday prior to the event. Pre-payment and menu selections required. Up to two food or beverage add-on items can be selected at $65 each during the booking process. No menu substitutions or revisions will be granted. Should you wish to order additional food and beverage items while at the event, your cabana server will not be able to assist. However, you may utilize QR codes located within your cabana to order and pick-up takeout from select establishments within the plaza. Cancellations Sunday Events In the event of severe weather, the event will be cancelled. Severe weather cancellations will be decided by 10 a.m. on Sunday, October 10. Should a cancellation occur, you will be notified via email by 11 a.m. and refunded for the cost of your ticket. Cabanas Cabana availability is very limited, and in high-demand. Should your party wish to cancel your cabana booking, you may do so for a full refund up to 7 days in advance. If you need to cancel within 3 to 6 days of your reservation, you will be refunded 50% of the ticket cost. Any cancellations within 2 days of the event will be not be eligible for a refund. Menu selections and swag bags are prepared specifically for your party in advance of the event. If your party is a no-show, filling your cabana with another party is not an option and your card will be charged an additional $115.26 for the inconvenience. Your party will be deemed a no-show if no one has arrived by 3:45 p.m. *Eventbrite fees are non-refundable and will not be returned to the buyer in the event of a cancellation.
