Kid being bullied

Kid is being bullied. My sister says the principal said she can't move the child the bully to another classroom which is clearly a lie. It has been brought to the teachers and principal's attention. Their resolution of trying make the child be friends hasn't worked. He wants to beat the child up again and only fronted. Im going to call the school board.
