Seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent for a LIVE-OUT newly built High End residential property in the SOHO neighborhood of New York City. Minimum experience requirements: (NON-NEGOTIABLE) No less than 3 years of experience working at a boutique/ high end/ luxury residential property. Posses or able to attain FDNY required licenses (S-12, S_13, S-14, etc) Professional written and verbal communications skills. This is a prevailing wages position. Pay rate is set by prevailing wages standards and periodic increases will follow accordingly. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (40 hrs./week) with flexible availability depending on emergencies and or job completions by contractors and building operational needs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced superintendent that seeks a stable high end community to serve. The property will have a full service staff to include front desk concierge and porter personnel.
