The intention for this Goddess circle is to SEE eachother, as the radiant divine beings we are. You are FKN magic, you are a GODDESS, and it would be my honor to help you see that, too ~ We will begin with light breathwork to connect to our hearts, followed by a guided meditation to welcome our highest selves into the space. In our poetry workshop, we will discover the places we keep ourselves small, and where we can fully step into our innate feminine power. You will have the opportunity to share your truth with a radiant, loving audience who is willing to recieve you without judgement. Connections will be formed that will nurture and nourish your soul. When you are SEEN as the goddess you are, you are given permission to step into your power. So, watch out world, here you come. Here's the question... Are you ready? I promise to welcome you with open arms, and sit with you where you currently reside. It is safe to just be you, to express, to laugh, to cry, to BE. There is no spiritual "stamp" or skill level needed for this circle, you don't need to know meditation, yoga, or breathwork. All that's needed is an open, loving heart, and the ability to show up for yourself, and envision who you want to be. Join us for this gathering of Goddesses, with the intention to share our truth and activate our highest expression, held in pure light and loving spirit. >> BONUS: Show up dressed as the radiant Goddess you are. I will be decked in jewels and flowy clothes that make me feel powerful, sensual, and free, I invite you to as well.
