It's a small room for small band (trio or quartet). I am willing to share with indie or jazz bands (female fronted preferred). No more than 2 bands. My gear is good enough, but you can bring and store your amps and pa (if you prefer). Drums? Cool US made vintage jazz set is already in the room. Please email your links and contacts. Band will receive 1 keys to the room. H O U R S - R A T E S (only long therm). 6PM-11PM Two or Tree Nights/Week. Two Nights => $200/month (8 rehrsls) Tree Night => $250/month (12 rehrsls) Drummers are welcome to take 3PM-5PM spot Twice/Week for $150/month But only for Solo Drum Work (no exceptions and must bring your own cymbals and bass drum pedal). Free WiFi (plus A/C and Heater). Close to Train and Grocery with cold and hot food right on the corner of the building. Thanks
