Full-time position for self-motivated person to work in the infrared and preventive maintenance inspection field. All training will be provided by the company. During training, you will receive regular hourly pay. Tools and vehicle for travel to and from job sites are provided. Electrical, construction knowledge, or mechanical ability is helpful but not required. Jersey Infrared Consultants provide infrared inspection services, specializing in commercial and industrial applications. We typically inspect electrical systems, flat roofs, building envelopes, and steam systems. We have extensive experience with healthcare, education, manufacturing, and property management facilities. Since 1984, our list of satisfied clients has included Fortune 100 companies, government/military agencies and small to mid-size companies. Most of our work is performed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York and Connecticut. Job requirements include the following: • Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license in good standing • Good eyesight - no color-blindness • Able to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to climb ladders • Effective communication skills with ability to read, write, and understand English • Willingness to work overtime hours on a regular basis, occasional overnight travel • Flexibility to work schedules and locations as required by clients • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing • COVID-19 vaccination Benefits include: Paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, health, life and disability insurance, and uniforms.
