Free dog to good home- mixed breed

My mother recently passed away in July leaving me to car for her dog. He is very smart and obedient, however I travel a lot and have no yard to care. I have been doing my best but simply just cannot continue to care for him. He is a mixed breed and is approx 4 years old. All shots are up to date and have vet records.
