Art Class, Light Music, and Good Vibes. Blaque Hippie, Beads & Rocks VA Beach, & Zero Tolerance Solutions host the world's first Wire & Bars event. This first event will be an tailored to a smaller group of people. The event will provide a means for the community to gather and take part in an art class teaching how to wrap a simple pendant. The tools for the project will be included with the purchase of a ticket. We will also include light music, and we will have 4 featured vendors whom will be placed outside the establishment.
