Presented by: Academic Coach, Kerri Hoppe
In this workshop I want to help students with using metacognitive strategies to diagnose, monitor, and evaluate their academic progress to create a plan for success. This will be helpful because it will help students have more self-awareness of their own learning process and help them assess when they need to seek additional support as well.
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
Understand the basic principles of metacognition Apply metacognitive strategies to help them diagnose, monitor, and evaluate their academic progress Determine when to seek out additional support through campus resources
