Healing is different from eliminating or suppressing symptoms. Healing is a path that should be embraced. It is essentially a reversal of the process involved in becoming ill, and at the same time an awakening to one's true nature and the meaning of life. "Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am faint; heal me, LORD, for my bones are in agony." ~ Psalms 6:2 "LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me." ~ Psalms 30:2 "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven." ~ James 5:14-15
