install a propane cooktop

I have a 36 inch propane cooktop that needs to be swapped out. The current cooktop is Maytag, and I have a Bosch cooktop that is the same size that has been sitting in my kitchen for the last two months, since I can’t find anyone who has the time to install it. All the parts are there. Because it’s propane, I’m looking for someone who has experience, since I like my house and don’t want it to blow up.
