HANDYMAN/ GC NEEDED FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL HOMES

Hello! We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented handyman or general contractor to being self contracted with our company. We manage over 40 short term rental homes in the Indianapolis area, and we are always accepting growth. Job requirements: Must have your own car (large truck or van is a plus) Must know how to do general home labor (tightening faucets, home inspections, paint touch ups, filter changes, battery changes, light bulb replacements) Must know how to use google docs, or willing to learn and use it. Although this seems like part time or side job work... it truly is a 40hr a week job, if not more. We require monthly inspections to be done in each home where all maintenance is handled during that time. We also have many times where we have emergency maintenance calls that will need handled as priorities, so having another primary job would make this job harder to fulfill.
