Open bar, delicious buffet. Your ticket gets you $100 in gambling chips to use at our Poker, Black Jack, Roulette and Craps tables. Plus, you can always get more! Terrific raffle prizes and more! REF is a nonprofit charity that rasises funds to finance programs that expand and enrich the children's learning experience but that are not provided for in the Board of Education Budget.
