Join us for a night of charity and arts for the launch of Kerry Phelan Designs Lucille Collection and the Behind the Thread Documentary Join us for a special night of charity and arts for the launch of Kerry Phelan Designs Lucille Collection and the Behind the Thread Documentary. Featuring musical talent, light food and beverage, a worldwide video premiere, selected artwork, and a fundraiser for charity and the arts. Coming to you live on United Nations Day from The Canvas in NYC, a partner of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Hope to see you there! Details: Tickets are now donation-based, pay what you can to support grassroots organizations. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible. The proceeds from ticket sales will be split 65% to The Canvas for the event space, 25% to cover our sustainable documentaries costs, and 10% to donated to charity. On the night of the event, we will also have a donation portal where the funds will be split 60% for charity, 40% for the sustainable documentary, Behind the Thread. The charity we will be donating to is Sustainable Brooklyn (@sustainablebk), which is a nonprofit that bridges the gaps between the sustainability movement and targeted communities through various modalities, including education and events. The sustainable documentary, Behind the Thread, is a short documentary that aims to highlight sustainable fashion initiatives and combat unsustainable practices through an ethical, solution-based approach. Our goal is for brands, retailers, content creators, and consumers to question how their clothes are made? Who is making them? And, at what cost? The Canvas is a multipurpose space hosting and facilitating experiences and events aimed at addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.     With two locations in New York City, we welcome creatives and entrepreneurs to gather for collaboration through workshops, installations, galleries, pop-ups, events and experiences that further initiatives contributing to solving the worlds most critical issues.
