It should be noted that BEFORE the covid crisis and when most media and pundits said the economy was doing darned well under Trump, more than half of the months had job creation numbers WORSE than listed above.
It was not a poor report at all--that is ridiculous spin. It wasn't great as expected but that is not the same as "poor". Basically, it could be classified as "middlin' " in comparison to historical numbers and not bad at all for a period when the pandemic was having its 4th peak.
This is the kind of subtle bogus bias which is slipped in to manipulate people's perceptions.
