This opportunity is mostly for cleanup of mice droppings in basements or attics (mostly basements - both finished and unfinished). Looking for laborers that can cleanup mice droppings from basements. This is a contracted position only. Having liability insurance is highly suggested. I can provide some training materials so that you understand what level of completeness each job is expected to be. Minimum tools/supplies that you must have: HEPA vacuum/s (and with small attachments) Small - medium size latter/s Respirator/s Gloves Coveralls Large durable trash bags Large shovel/s Push broom Small brush and dustpan Cleaners & Disinfectants Pump sprayer/s Work lights / flash lights Smartphone (for pictures and video) Scrub brushes/pads paper towels / terry towels Extension cords Suggested equipment: HEPA Air scrubber/s Hard hat Hammer Crowbar Pickup or box truck Trailer I get a ton of these calls and can keep you somewhat busy. You must be ready to work. Pay averages at about $30/hour or higher. Flat fees will be established between you and I for every job.
