Cooking Class and Buffet Dinner
Our Cooking Classes have been extremely popular and a lot of fun. For this Fall installment, participants will be learning how to make Wild Mushroom Herb and Acorn Squash Risotto, right along side our Culinary Team led by the one & only Chef Craig Johnson. Chef Craig's career spans over 30 years and has taken him around the world, and studied & trained under TV personality & Master Chef Gustav E Mauler, one of the few American Culinary Federation Certified Master Chefs in the United States. Immediately following the class, you will enjoy a fantastic all-you-can-eat dinner buffet in the Twenties Italian Bistro, included in the price of the ticket. The buffet will include salad, multiple entree choices and dessert and 1 non-alcoholic beverage. A full cash bar will be available before and during the class, as well as during dinner. Ticket price does not include any gratuities.
