Join us on Thursday November 11th (6:00-8:00p.m.) for the Blind Tasting of 9 unique examples of Pinot Noir wines. Pinot Noir is a difficult grape. It only grows in the right climate, with the right soils and the right care. Perhaps because it is so difficult is why it is so loved. Join us on October 21st for the Blind Tasting of 9 unique examples of Pinot Noir wines. The wine bottles will be hidden in brown bags so you will need to rely on your own senses, experience and preferences to evaluate each wine. After each flight, attendees will be asked to vote on their favorite wine in that category. The wines will be served with a variety of fine cheeses and salami from WineNot Boutique and a unique appetizer from Chef’s Ann. More Details • A separate table and chairs will be set up for each student or group. • We will still be serving delicious food to complement the wines! Every Friday and Saturday from 4-7pm we host free, casual wine tastings where we sample 3-5 wines paired with our artisan cheese, charcuterie, and specialty foods. Our Saturday tasting also includes craft beer.   WineNot carries a wide variety of specialty food products including an extensive selection of artisan cheese, fine Olive oils, Balsamic vinegars, imported chocolate, and more. We carry wine related gifts and accessories and our custom wine gift baskets have won rave reviews.   For those who want to venture further, we hold special events and wine classes.
