REQUIRED ONE YEAR POOL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. Clean and Clear Pools wants to be known for customer service! Do you have what it takes to go the extra mile and make customers smile? Must have knowledge of pool systems, mechanics of pool equipment, pool chemistry, and chemicals, Provide dependable service on a consistent basis always putting the customer first. Great communication skills and organization. Takes the position seriously and strives to always do your best job and every customer every time. Pay is per pool and the route is consistent. Pay is varied based on experience and certifications. We provide truck, vacuum, tools chemistry kits and chemicals. Job Duties include: * Test water and add chemicals as needed * Empty skimmers and pump strainer · Check performance of Polaris empty bag and filter. * Brush steps, walls, and tiles every time * Skim and net debris off the surface * Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor every time * Check pool equipment * Record work performed on a tablet and take picture of work * Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications; * Valid TX driver's license * Clean driving record * Able to pass a pre-employment background check * Dependable and trustworthy * Detail-oriented and organized * Presentable and timely * Friendly attitude and customer service mindset * CPO preferred Knowledge and Abilities; * Proper use of swimming pool chemicals and ideal levels * Complete scheduled work * Work independently and unsupervised * Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers and supervisors * Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds * Written and verbal communication in English * Stand for extended periods of time * Ability to work outdoors year round Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year * Route Technician: 1 year minimum * CPO certification
