I'll introduce you to a couple sections of the MST and trail running in general! I'm a regular gal who likes to trail run. I'd love to show you around my favorite haunts and introduce you to trail running at the most beautiful time of the year. Target audience: Anyone who runs a minimal amount (15+ miles per month or so) Schedule: 10/14 Thur 6p - Section D - 2.9 mi - Bayleaf Church Rd to Possom Track Rd.10/16 Sat 7:30a - Section C - 2.9 mi - Possom Track Rd. to Possom Track Dead End10/17 Sun 2p - Section B - 2.6 mi - Possom Track Dead End to Raven Ridge Rd.10/18 Mon 7:30a - Section A - 3.2 mi - Raven Ridge Rd. to Falls Lake Visitor Assistance Parking AreaLogistics: We'll meet at the west end of the trail segment and depart 10 minutes later to run to the east end. I will have my car there and will drive runners back to the west trailhead. Each segment is 2.5-3 miles. We'll run/jog/walk at whatever pace the group can do! I plan to chatter the whole way about some of the topics below.
